Not all businesses have the same needs. You can contact me for a one-off assignment, temporary support or regular assistance.
One-off assignment: to address a specific need or handle a surge in workload.
Temporary support: to assist you during a busy period or in the event of an absence.
Regular support: to provide ongoing management of specific administrative, sales or logistical tasks.
Together, we define the scope of the assignment, the priorities, the communication arrangements and the frequency of support.
You do not pay for a standard package. Together, we determine what works best for you.
01 — Initial exploratory meeting
We discuss your business, your needs and the challenges you face. The aim is to understand what might make your day-to-day life easier.
02 — Needs analysis
Which tasks would you like to delegate? For how long and how often? Together, we identify the scope of the assignment and the priorities.
03 — Setting up the tools
Tools, access, working methods and monitoring procedures: everything is prepared in advance. A quotation sets out the planned services before we begin.
04 — Ongoing collaboration
I’ll take care of the agreed tasks, either remotely or at your premises, as arranged. We’ll keep in regular contact to ensure effective monitoring.
05 — Monitoring and optimisation
Are your needs changing? We review the situation regularly to adjust priorities and tailor the support to your business.
My rates range from €35 to €45 per hour (excluding VAT), depending on the nature of the assignment, its level of technical complexity and the organisation required.
A detailed quote is drawn up for each service and signed before work commences.
For one-off assignments, the terms are as follows:
30 per cent deposit before work commences;
the balance upon delivery of the completed work.
For regular or long-term support, invoicing at the start of the month may be arranged in accordance with the agreed terms.
The exact terms are set out in the quotation.
Examples of what we can do
I work remotely with businesses in France and internationally. On-site visits to your premises are also possible in Bordeaux and the surrounding area, depending on the assignment.
Two options, depending on your needs:
Do you already have your own tools? I’ll adapt to your working environment and your routines to facilitate our collaboration, without disrupting your organisation.
Do you need new solutions? I’ll help you research and choose tools suited to your business, your needs and your budget.
I also have my own tools, including Microsoft 365 and Canva, which I can utilise depending on the requirements of your project.
The goal : find the solution best suited to how you operate, saving you time and simplifying your day-to-day work.
Your business information deserves my full attention.
As part of my work providing international sales support, sales administration and logistics coordination, I may be required to handle confidential commercial, administrative and operational information.
Discretion and confidentiality are an integral part of my professional commitment.
In particular, I ensure that I:
use professional tools to manage my communications and documents;
protect access to my tools and files;
limit the sharing of information to what is strictly necessary for the assignment;
handle entrusted documents with rigour and discretion;
agree with each client on the procedures for managing and returning documents.
Confidentiality commitments and data processing procedures are specified according to the nature of the service provided.
Outsourcing certain tasks does not mean compromising the confidentiality of your information.
I undertake to handle the information entrusted to me with diligence, discretion and professionalism.
Can we start with a small project?
Yes. Where appropriate, an initial one-off project allows us to test how we work together before considering ongoing support.
Do I need to have a regular requirement?
No. I can assist with a one-off project, a surge in workload or ongoing support, depending on your needs.
Do I need to define the tasks to be delegated in detail?
Not necessarily. You may simply know what’s taking up your time or what’s piling up. We’ll take stock together to identify the tasks where I can provide practical support.
Do I need to change my work tools?
No. I adapt as much as possible to your environment, your tools and your working methods.
Do you work exclusively in Bordeaux?
No. I work remotely with businesses throughout France and internationally. On-site visits to your premises are also possible in Bordeaux and the surrounding area, depending on the assignment.
Do you handle the bookkeeping?
No. Bookkeeping is the responsibility of your chartered accountant. However, I can take care of operational financial management (pre-accounting): monitoring payments received, sending out customer reminders, and preparing and filing accounting documents.
Do you offer HR services?
I do not offer specialised HR services. However, I have previously taken on certain HR responsibilities within a very small business, notably the recruitment and induction of a work-study student and an employee, working in partnership with the HR consultancy.
Do you provide general secretarial services?
Yes. I can assist you with day-to-day administrative tasks: tracking files, updating databases, filing, archiving, diary management and monitoring deadlines.
Can you assist me with business development?
Yes. I can help you with prospecting, following up on contacts, making follow-up enquiries, preparing for trade fairs and monitoring the competition.
I can also provide operational support during commercial negotiations, particularly regarding the choice of Incoterms, delivery times and key considerations to anticipate in order to safeguard your dealings with clients and suppliers.
Do you handle export formalities and documentation?
Yes. I prepare and follow up on the documents and formalities relating to export operations: commercial invoices, packing lists, applications for certificates of origin and document certifications with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI). I am also familiar with customs and transport documents, particularly CMRs and declarations relating to dangerous goods.
I ensure the consistency of the documentation and coordinate communications with the relevant organisations and partners. Regulatory declarations, the issuing of certificates and official approvals remain the responsibility of the competent organisations or professionals.
Do you organise the transport?
I coordinate and monitor your shipments: requesting quotations, liaising with carriers, tracking shipments and managing logistical issues. The transport itself is handled by your service providers.
